Home-made Meat Patty

INGREDIENTS 

500 grams ground meat

300 grams tofu

50 grams bread crumbs

1 piece carrot

1 piece potato

1 piece white onion

2 spoon soy sauce

2 spoon cooking wine


PREPARATION

   
Grind all the vegetables and mix the ground meat.
    Mash the tofu and drain extra water from it or use fine mesh strainer to easily dry the tofu. 
    Add bread crumbs.
    Add sauces and mix all the ingredients and mash with hands to have a fine texture. 
Form into round and flatten shape and air-fry them to 180° C for 15 minutes each side or fry in a non-stick pan with a little oil and cook for 7 minutes each side until nicely cooked and browned

Serve hot and enjoy!
