INGREDIENTS
300 G Prawn
1 CUP Clam Meat
150 G Nai Bai Leaves or any leafy vegetables
1PC Seafood Cube( flavouring)
1 PC Tomato
1 PC Small Onion
Few Slice of Scallion
Few Slices of Ginger
PROCEDURE
- Boil 1 Liter of water.
- Add tomato, ginger, onion and seafood cube
- Add the prawn and clam meat boil for 4 minutes medium heat
- Lastly put the leafy vegetables and scallion, cover the with lid and boil for 1 minute.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
