LOW CALORIES AND GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN PRAWN SOUP

 INGREDIENTS 

300 G Prawn

1 CUP Clam Meat

150 G Nai Bai Leaves or any leafy vegetables 

1PC Seafood Cube( flavouring)

1 PC Tomato

1 PC Small Onion

Few Slice of Scallion 

Few Slices of Ginger


PROCEDURE

  1. Boil 1 Liter of water.
  2. Add tomato, ginger, onion and seafood cube
  3. Add the prawn and clam meat boil for 4 minutes medium heat
  4. Lastly put the leafy vegetables and scallion, cover the with lid and boil for 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
