Noodles Sardines Soup

INGREDIENTS 

80 grams Shaved/ Flat Noodles

155 grams Tomato Sardines

100 grams Spinach Leaves

1 piece of Tomato (sliced)

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 tablespoon of Fish Sauce

2 cloves Garlic 

Chili Padi (optional)

2 Cups Water


PROCEDURE

  1. First thing to do is heat your pot over medium heat for 1 minute before adding oil and wait for the oil to heat up as well.
  2. Sauté chopped garlic until golden brown and put the tomato. Stir regularly to prevent sticking.
  3. Pour the sardines, stir.
  4. Pour the water and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add noodles right into the soup and boil for another 3 minutes.
  6. Lastly, put the leafy vegetables and cook for 1 minute. 
  7. Add Fish Sauce or Salt to taste and season with chili (optional) appropriately.
Serve hot and enjoy!
