PORK RIBS SOUP

INGREDIENTS

500 G PORK

50 G DRIED KELP

2 PCS CORN

5 PCS RED DATES

5 PCS CHESTNUT

1 LITER WATER

1 TSP SALT


BLANCHING MEAT STEPS

  1. Cut meat of your desired size
  2. Boil the meat with water until boling for about 1 minute. 
  3. Dirt floats in the water and rinse the meat. 


PROCEDURE 

  1. Pour 1 Liter of water in the pot.
  2. Put all the ingredients.
  3. Boil for 1 hour in a low heat fire.
